What You'll Do
As a Jr Team Member in Network Operations & Support at Tata Communications, your day-to-day work will combine technical coordination, order management, and customer communication.
- Handle end-to-end order management, including OLO (Other Licensed Operator) Delivery Management and supplier coordination.
- Ensure all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through effective escalation management.
- Manage Keep Customer Informed (KCIs) communications and verify customer-end service readiness prior to deployment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and secure field resources for priority orders following the established escalation matrix.
- Apply a basic understanding of telecom standards, network protocols, network design, and network planning while utilizing Microsoft Office for tracking and documentation.
