What You'll Do
As a Java Springboot Developer at Infosys, your daily responsibilities will center on designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain modular microservices architectures and RESTful APIs connecting complex frontend interfaces and external services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions through close collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.
- Ensure applications are secure, high-performing, and scalable by integrating backend services with cloud platforms, third-party APIs, and relational databases.
- Write comprehensive unit tests using JUnit and Mockito, participate in peer code reviews, and adhere to strict coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to support production deployments and code health.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while creating thorough technical documentation

What You Need (Requirements)
Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills, relevant educational qualifications, and hands-on backend engineering expertise.
- Hold a BSc, BTech, BCA, MCA, MTech, or MSc degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Bring 1 to 2 years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 8/11/17+), Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
