What You'll Do

As a full-stack engineer, you will own features and technical improvements end-to-end while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Design, build, and enhance product features across frontend and backend systems using clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineers to convert requirements into implementation plans.

• Own small-to-medium features or well-scoped technical improvements from design through production readiness.

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests, investigate incidents, and improve system reliability.

• Participate in code reviews and uphold strict engineering standards for correctness and maintainability.

• Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and delivery workflows.

• Apply judgment in verifying AI outputs, identifying hallucinations, and protecting code quality before integrating generated code.

• Translate vague requirements into structured prompts, execution plans, and bounded workflows for repeatable tasks.

• Work effectively in a remote, async environment across multiple time zones.

What You Need (Requirements)

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong full-stack fundamentals combined with practical experience using modern AI coding tools.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2.5–4 years of software development experience.

• Strong full-stack development fundamentals with TypeScript/JavaScript and one backend stack such as Node.js/NestJS or Python/Django.

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue and React, alongside a good understanding of web application technologies.

• Experience with SQL databases such as Postgres, REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth-style auth flows.

• Working experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and maintainability.

• Proficiency in using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and strong prompting techniques for implementation, debugging, refactoring, and testing.

• Ability to manage context effectively across files, requirements, errors, and partial outputs, and verify AI-generated code.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or equivalent delivery environments with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, microservices, event-driven patterns, or API gateways.

• Familiarity with MCP, tool-connected AI assistants, and agentic workflows for bounded engineering tasks.
