What You'll Do

As a Software Engineer I, your primary focus will be designing and building full-stack product features while effectively utilizing AI tools to accelerate your workflows.

  • Design, build, and enhance product features across frontend and backend systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using sound software engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineers to convert requirements into implementation plans.
  • Own small-to-medium features or well-scoped technical improvements end-to-end.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests.
  • Investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and delivery workflows.
  • Apply judgment in verifying AI outputs, identifying hallucinations, and protecting code quality.
  • Work effectively in a remote, async environment across multiple time zones.
  • Handle data in accordance with data classification and handling guidelines, and report information security incidents.

What You Need (Requirements)

To qualify for this AI-native full-stack engineering role, candidates must meet the following educational, experiential, and technical requirements.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of software development experience.

  • Preferred: Experience with microservices, event-driven patterns, or API gateways.
  • Preferred: Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with MCP, tool-connected AI assistants, or agentic workflows for bounded engineering tasks.
