What You'll Do
As a Python Gen AI Engineer at Capgemini, your core responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including intelligent assistants and enterprise AI solutions, using Python.

Building and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources with LLMs via LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.

Developing scalable data engineering and ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest and transform both structured and unstructured data for AI use cases.

Implementing and optimizing Vector Database solutions to handle embeddings, semantic search, and contextual document retrieval.

Deploying and operationalizing GenAI and LLM solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP utilizing MLOps/LLMOps practices such as CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.

What You Need (Requirements)
To qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate the following skills, experience, and educational background:

Strong hands-on programming experience in Python and SQL, alongside solid knowledge of API-based integrations, software development, and data processing.

Proven expertise working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and overall LLM application development.

Hands-on experience building applications with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex, as well as integrating LLMs with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus).
