What You'll Do
As a GenAI Tech Lead, you will evaluate emerging AI technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions based on business and technical requirements.

Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and recommend suitable AI/ML algorithms, Azure AI services, and GenAI architectures.

Build, deploy, and maintain Python-based AI/ML applications on Azure Cloud.

Develop and implement GenAI use cases using Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases, and Azure OpenAI.

Conduct POCs, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and collaborate with stakeholders for solution delivery.

What You Need (Requirements)
To be successful in this role, you must possess deep expertise in Python, generative AI architectures, and cloud-based application deployment.

Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including Azure OpenAI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, Vector DB, and text/image generation.

Experience in application development using Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, as well as API development and deployment.

Extensive knowledge of Azure Cloud, including Azure OpenAI Services, Storage Services, Key Vault, access control, data ingestion, and GenAI deployment.

Strong background in databases and solutioning, including PostgreSQL, SQL/PL-SQL, database design, and AI solution architecture.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to evaluate requirements and deliver AI solutions.
