What You'll Do
As a DevOps Engineer, your core responsibilities will include:

Managing GCP cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring reliability and scalability of applications.

Working with GCP services like Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud IAM, Cloud DNS, MIGs, Cloud Functions, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Run, and GKE.

Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Deployment Manager.

Building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other tools.

Containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Automating processes using Linux, Bash, and Python scripting.

Monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Kibana.

Implementing DevSecOps practices including SAST, DAST, container image scanning, and SBOM generation.

Managing IAM policies, service accounts, and workload identity federation.

Using GCP Billing APIs, Budgets, and Recommendations for cost governance.

Automating alerting and dashboards with Cloud Monitoring API.

Implementing distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry.

Designing autoscaling strategies for GKE and MIGs, optimizing container images, and designing multi-region failover and backup strategies.

What You Need (Requirements)
To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience alongside the following technical skills:

6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer managing cloud infrastructure.

Strong proficiency in GCP core services (Compute, VPC, IAM, DNS, MIGs, Cloud Functions, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Run, GKE).

Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Deployment Manager.

Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related tools.

Deep expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong scripting skills in Linux, Bash, and Python.
