What You'll Do
As a Technology Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will involve managing enterprise devices, resolving incidents, and supporting modern workplace transformation initiatives.

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability.

Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.

Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Manage enterprise Windows 10/11 devices using Microsoft Intune.

Configure and troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, configuration, security, and application deployment.

Manage iOS/iPadOS and Android devices through Microsoft Intune MDM.

Support Windows Autopilot, device lifecycle management, and Microsoft Entra ID integration.

Troubleshoot endpoint, policy, application, enrollment, and compliance issues.

Support MECM/SCCM environments and co-management scenarios.

Provide endpoint support and participate in modern workplace/endpoint transformation initiatives.

What You Need (Requirements)
To qualify for this technology support role, candidates must meet the following educational, experiential, and technical requirements.

15 years full-time education.

4 to 8 years of experience in EUC, Workplace Technology, or Endpoint Management (with a minimum of 2 years of overall experience required).

Experience supporting enterprise-scale endpoint environments with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Endpoint Management, and Enterprise Device Management.

Proficiency in iOS/Android MDM, Device Enrollment, Configuration & Compliance, Application Management, Endpoint Security, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11.

Good to have: Experience with MECM/SCCM, Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, and Windows Autopilot.

Good to have: Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, macOS device management using VMware Workspace ONE, and Enterprise Mac device support.
