What You'll Do
As an Associate Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will involve documenting processes, gathering requirements, and supporting Agile delivery workflows.

Support the analysis of current-state (as-is) processes and assist in documenting future-state (to-be) processes under the direction of senior team members.

Assist in planning, preparing, and documenting client workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.

Work with client and internal stakeholders to understand stated requirements and contribute to documentation using process models, basic story maps, data analysis, and document reviews.

Support day-to-day communication with delivery teams by helping clarify documented requirements and assumptions.

Assist with iteration planning, backlog refinement, and sprint activities, including drafting user stories and acceptance criteria under guidance.

Support stakeholder engagement activities and help maintain alignment between the project team, client, and project leadership.

Contribute to the identification of solution options by documenting business needs, dependencies, and constraints to support decision-making.
