What You'll Do
As a Java Fullstack Engineer at Wissen Technology, your primary focus will be delivering customized technical solutions and managing critical trade workflows.
- Articulate customized solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Work closely with internal developers on resolving production issues and executing enhancement requests.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage the prioritization, logging, and tracking of user-related issues, defects, enhancements, and work requests.
- Manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for trade and data workflows.
- Analyze and document current state and future state workflows.

What You Need (Requirements)
To qualify for this full-stack development role, candidates must possess the following technical skills, experience, and domain knowledge.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in system development with exposure to Business Analysis.
- Strong domain knowledge in finance and asset management.
- Proficiency in Core Java, including JMS, JDK, Spring Boot, Multi-Threaded Java, JUnit, TTD, and Client-Server applications.
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies including Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with Tomcat, Apache, SOAP, and RESTful Web Services.
- Familiarity with build, deployment, and tracking tools like Gradle, Maven, SVN, Git, TFS, Jira, IIS, Perforce, and Docker.
- Nice to have: SQL Server and Sybase Development experience, including writing stored procedures and trigger functions.
- Nice to have: Experience with Everest (AllVue/Black Mountain) Platform, Blackrock Aladdin, Snowflake, and XML/XSLT Messaging.
- Nice to have: Experience in Fixed Income Floating Rate products (Loans and CLOs), OMS, Trading, and Compliance workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
