What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Developer at Epsilon, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of application components across both the frontend and backend.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, triage, and replicate live product issues to ensure timely resolution while adhering to strict SLA targets.
- Develop highly scalable, secure, and performant application solutions across frontend and backend layers.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and support teams to drive issue resolution and implement product improvements.
- Understand and prioritize issues based on severity, risk, and impact, providing technical workarounds to internal teams and clients when necessary.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Document technical designs, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

What You Need (Requirements)
Candidates must blend development proficiency with strong production support and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant Full Stack Developer experience, including proven experience troubleshooting web-based UI and backend application issues.
- Bring strong development experience in Java or .NET.
- Show proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong preference for frameworks like React or Angular.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Oracle DB, including the ability to write medium to complex SQL queries, along with experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Have hands-on experience with RHEL/Linux-based systems and proficiency in Shell/Perl scripting (Ansible exposure is a plus).
- Maintain a solid understanding of API integrations, Webhooks, microservices architecture, networking concepts, communication protocols, ETL processes, and system performance monitoring (ITIL framework knowledge is an added advantage).
- Exhibit experience in Agile/Scrum environments alongside strong problem-solving skills and effective stakeholder communication abilities.
