What You'll Do
As an Automation Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing AI-driven agents and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain automation agents using TypeScript.
- Implement browser automation using Puppeteer, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Integrate AI, OCR, data handling, and system-level automation into end-to-end workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand customer requirements.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex automation scenarios in real customer environments.
- Work closely with product, platform, and other delivery engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices.
- Independently deliver reliable, high-quality automation agents that meet customer needs.
- Maintain strong engineering standards in design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Quickly understand new domains, systems, and integration points.

What You Need (Requirements)
To qualify for this engineering role, candidates must meet the following experience and technical skill requirements.
- 3 years of JavaScript experience, with strong TypeScript skills highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and HTTP-based interactions.
- Experience with browser automation tools like Puppeteer and/or Playwright.
- Experience working with Node.js.
- Familiarity with integrating AI models and leveraging AI coding tools.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Comfort working on ambiguous problems with evolving requirements.
- Previous experience building automation bots, web scrapers, or RPA-like solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
