What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Developer, you will own features end-to-end, from understanding client needs to architecting, shipping, and maintaining production code.
- Build and ship full-stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Architect and integrate APIs, including third-party services, AI APIs, webhooks, and async workflows.
- Use Claude Code and Codex to move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Debug, deploy, and own production code—not just write it and walk away.
- Break complex problems into smaller, manageable pieces and ship iteratively.
- Work directly with the founder and a tight team on multiple client products.

What You Need (Requirements)
To qualify for this remote engineering role, candidates must meet the following experience and technical skill requirements.
- 1 to 7 years of hands-on experience at a real product startup (shipping, not just learning).
- Strong proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Comfortable using Claude Code and Codex as primary development tools (demonstrating real vibe engineering by directing AI, not just copy-pasting).
- Solid grasp of API integrations, webhooks, and async processing.
- Proven ability to debug AI-generated codebases and take them to production.
- Preferred: 3 to 5 years of product/startup experience.
- Preferred: Experience with managed services (Supabase, Clerk, etc.) over building everything from scratch.
- Preferred: Exposure to building agents or AI workflows (MCP, OpenAI APIs, agentic frameworks).
- Self-driven, frugal, and assembly-minded builder who is transformation-driven and in it for the long run.
