What You'll Do
As a Software Development Engineer, you will lead the development of the AI GTM platform and seamlessly blend UX design with robust backend engineering.
- Design and implement end-to-end features across React-TS/Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, Redis, and NestJs micro-services for LLM agents.
- Build and document scalable GraphQL / REST APIs that expose the core data model (Company, Person, Campaign, Sequence, Asset, ActivityRecord, InferenceSnippet).
- Integrate third-party APIs (CRM, email, ads, CMS) and maintain data sync reliability above 98%.
- Implement the dynamic agent flow builder with configurable steps, HITL (human-in-the-loop) checkpoints, and audit trails.
- Instrument product analytics, error tracking, and CI pipelines for fast feedback and safe releases.
- Translate high-level user journeys into interfaces that feel clear, powerful, and trustworthy.
- Work directly with the founder on product scoping, technical roadmap, and the hiring pipeline.

What You Need (Requirements)
To qualify for this associate/intern engineering position, you must meet the following technical and experiential criteria.
- 1 to 5 years of overall experience, with 1 to 3 years specifically building polished web apps using React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
- Strong eye for design fidelity, UX decisions, and motion.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with backend APIs and managing state.
- Familiarity with visual builders, workflow editors, or schema UIs is highly preferred.
