What You'll Do
As a Software Engineer I at Honeywell, your daily responsibilities will span across frontend feature development, backend microservices, and robust quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers and software architects to understand complex design requirements and seamlessly translate them into scalable code.
- Build dynamic, high-performance user interfaces utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Design and build advanced applications and microservice solutions using Python on the backend.
- Manage data persistently by working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and document databases such as Mongo/Cosmos.
- Take ownership of application reliability by writing automated unit tests with Mocha, Jest, Xunit, and Nunit to ensure robustness, handle edge cases, and maintain general usability.
- Configure, deploy, and automate resources using Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID design principles to continuously optimize design and development within a fast-paced Scrum team.

What You Need (Requirements)

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and core front-end languages.
- Deep expertise in ReactJS, including ecosystem tools like Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
